Huawei has announced another new phone that uses biometric technology from Fingerprint Cards and Precise Biometrics. Called the Huawei Enjoy 6, the device features an FPC1025 sensor running Precise BioMatch Mobile algorithm software.
It’s the third Huawei device announced this month alone that features FPC and Precise Biometrics technology. In fact, the previous two, the Huawei Honor 6X and the Honor 8 Smart, featured the same configuration, with each using FPC1025 sensors and Precise Biometrics’ flagship mobile algorithm software.
There were many more integrations before these, Huawei being a longtime and evidently very satisfied customer of these biometric tech suppliers. And it’s one of many, with a large roster of mobile OEMs having helped to propel FPC and Precise Biometrics into leading market positions, as evidenced in the former’s case by its latest quarterly report.
