On the FinTech front, readers showed a lot of interest in one of the latest developments from the emerging biometric payment cards market. Finally, some Apple speculation. While there has been a growing accumulation of evidence pointing to Apple’s efforts to develop in-display versions of its Touch ID and Face ID authentication systems, a respected Bloomberg analyst says that these will not be features of this year’s anticipated iPhone 13 – though he does assert that Apple is indeed working on the technology:
