ID R&D has added a trio of new executives to its team. The company has announced that Steve Cook has signed on as the new Global Head of Business Development, while Kim Martin has joined as the new VP of Marketing and Scott Rosenthal is stepping in as the new Director of Sales, Financial Services.
Cook is a biometric FinTech specialist who founded Biometrics for eCommerce and serves as a member of the RegTech and Security Advisory Board for FinTechConnect. Martin has two decades of experience and previously served as VP of Corporate Marketing for Aspect Software, while Rosenthal arrives after stints at Arachnys and Lexis-Nexis, amongst several others.
Together, the three executives will work to cultivate new partners, develop the company’s brand, and boost global sales, with an eye towards financial institutions. They’re appointments maintain a strong year in which ID R&D has already doubled its sales and staff numbers and landed $5.7 million in series-A funding.

ID R&D recently launched IDLive Face as a passive liveness detection solution. It has also introduced IDAudio for acoustic event detection, as well as a slew of upgrades for its existing voice biometric platform.
