“In a statement announcing the rescheduling, ImageWare explained that “the delay is a result of ‘a pending third party derivative liability evaluation, the results of which are not expected to materially alter financial results.'”
ImageWare has rescheduled its Q3 update, with the report to be issued after market close on Wednesday, November 14th. The company will host a conference call that same day, starting at 4:30pm ET.
The results were originally scheduled to be released on November 8th. In a statement announcing the rescheduling, ImageWare explained that “the delay is a result of “a pending third party derivative liability evaluation, the results of which are not expected to materially alter financial results.”
ImageWare’s Q2 results, issued in early August, saw the company on something of an upswing, with a reduced net loss and higher revenues year-over-year. The company followed that up with an announcement of new funding through a private placement and debt-to-stock conversion in September.
That month it also announced that its GoVerifyID biometric authentication platform had been integrated into the ForgeRock Trust Network Technology Program, a collection of security solutions that ForgeRock promotes to its clients. That could have led to more business for ImageWare in the following weeks and months, though in announcing its rescheduled Q3 update ImageWare offered no indication as to the contents of its next quarterly update.
