ImageWare Systems will publish its 2017 year-end financial results on Friday, March 16th, shortly after the close of the market, the company has announced. That will be followed by a conference call discussing the results on Monday, March 19th.
In its announcement, ImageWare suggested that members of the company’s management team will host the call, and said it will cover the topics of ImageWare’s multimodal biometric identity management technology, as well as its sales efforts. The latter will include not just ImageWare’s own efforts but those of its distribution and reseller partners, including CDW and Fujitsu, with IBM having approved ImageWare’s GoVerifyID solution for use with its IBM Security Access Manager enterprise platform.
The corporate update will arrive almost immediately after ImageWare’s participation in the 30th annual ROTH Capital Partners Conference, an event aimed at showcasing small- and mid-cap companies to potential investors. The update will also come in the wake of ImageWare’s participation in Mobile World Congress, where the company’s Product Management Director, Mark Virnig, spoke with FindBiometrics President Peter O’Neill on the show floor.
ImageWare’s year-end conference call is scheduled to start at 4:30pm ET, and will be simultaneously webcast, with a recording available through the company’s website for the 90 days following the call.
