INTELITY is turning to Incode Technologies to improve its check-in procedures for guests. Incode is best known for its face-based identity verification technology, while INTELITY provides hospitality services for hotels, casinos, and other recreational venues.
Thanks to the new strategic partnership, INTELITY will be integrating Incode’s identity verification solution into its own INTELITY mobile app. In doing so, it will make it easier for guests to check in, and give them a more convenient way to interact with a hotel. For example, Incode can automatically generate a digital ID that the guest can use to access hotel amenities, or to pay for food at a hotel restaurant.
The Incode solution uses document verification to confirm that an ID is authentic during check-in. The process can be completed on-site, or remotely before the guest arrives at their destination. The solution extracts information like age to ensure regulatory compliance, with automated procedures that eliminate some of the errors that can occur when checking in with a human agent. It also uses facial recognition and a selfie to match each guest to their identity document. INTELITY stated that guests will be able to use the service to register with a brand, or to check in at an individual location in a contactless fashion.

Incode and INTELITY announced their partnership at HITEC Orlando. INTELITY integrated Acuant’s document recognition technology into its platform back in 2019, while Incode recently provided identity services for the hospitality-oriented Jumeirah Group.
