Signicat, a provider of digital identity solutions in Europe, has become the first non-Polish aggregator to directly integrate mojeID Poland, Poland’s bank issued electronic identity system, into its platform. This integration is significant as mojeID Poland boasts a remarkable 98 percent penetration among Polish electronic banking users, offering a secure and streamlined method for identity verification using bank details.
mojeID Poland offers two assurance levels (low and substantial) and complies with both local Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and the European eIDAS standard. Businesses integrating mojeID Poland can therefore rapidly onboard Polish customers with secure, streamlined identity verification and authentication processes.
Signicat’s integration of mojeID Poland reflects a commitment to providing clients with a comprehensive suite of digital identity solutions tailored to meet diverse regulatory environments. This move aligns with Signicat’s broader strategy to position itself as a “one-stop-shop” for businesses seeking to operate across multiple European markets.
“As we integrate mojeID Poland into our portfolio, we empower companies to securely expand their operations in Poland, in a secure and fraud-protected method. Delivering a new electronic identity solution demands rigorous adherence to security and compliance standards mandated by public administrations and national regulations,” said Riten Gohil, Digital ID, Fraud & AML Orchestration Evangelist at Signicat. “Addressing the evolving requirements of regulated sectors remains our top priority, and we recognize mojeID Poland as a crucial asset for our clients.”
The addition of mojeID Poland marks another recent milestone for Signicat, which previously integrated the Italian SPID e-identity system in 2023. With over 35 digital identities across Europe now on their platform, Signicat continues to expand its offerings, reflecting its ambition to be a leading global provider of diverse identity verification, authentication, and orchestration solutions.
