Auth0 has launched the Auth0 Marketplace, which provides customers with technology solutions that are compatible with the company’s identity management platform. The solutions in the Marketplace have been vetted for security and overall utility, and can be easily integrated into the identity management platform to meet the specific needs of each client.
In that regard, Vouched is one of the first companies to announced that its technology is available through the Auth0 Marketplace. Vouched is the developer of a face-based onboarding solution that matches the picture on a photo ID to a selfie of the user with liveness detection. The technology is designed to streamline the account opening process and boost conversion rates without sacrificing security.
Vouched has been deployed in healthcare, finance, and other industries, and is compliant with international Know Your Customer regulations. Companies that use Vouched and Auth0 can use the former to verify the identities of new customers before seamlessly passing ongoing identity management responsibilities to the latter.
“Auth0 and Vouched bring together rapid, secure verification and the ability to manage user identity throughout the life of the customer, all in one easy-to-integrate experience,” said Vouched CEO John Baird.
“It has been exciting to work with Vouched on a newly-built partner integration for the launch of Auth0 Marketplace,” added Auth0 Business Development VP Bill Lapcevic. “This solution provides our customers with greater choice and flexibility.”
The Vouched offering is comparable to other selfie-based onboarding solutions from companies like Jumio and Onfido. Both of those companies have noted that there is growing demand for remote onboarding technology after reporting strong sales in their most recent quarterly reports.
