The GSMA has revealed further details on the inaugural Mobile World Congress Americas slated for next month.
Keynote speakers include Mozilla Foundation Executive Chairwoman Mitchell Baker and Qualcomm Technologies EVP Cristiano R. Amon. San Francisco 49ers President Al Guido will also deliver a speech. Other high-profile speakers will be featured in track sessions, including Amazon Alexa Smart Home Business Development’s Ashwin Karuhatty, Visa Digital Products VP of Merchant Solution Delivery and Commercialization Vish Shastry, and Ericsson CTO Erik Ekudden.
Other speakers still will get to share in the spotlight at various GSMA Summits, the topics of which include “The Latin America Investment Summit”, “The Connected Vehicles Summit”, “The Women4Tech Summit”, and “The Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality in the Enterprise Summit”.
Meanwhile, some huge brand names will be showing off demos in MWC Americas’ Innovation City program, including AT&T, Mastercard, and South Korea’s KT Corporation.
The first-ever MWC Americas will take place in San Francisco’s Moscone Center from September 12th to 14th.
