AnchorID, developer of an enterprise-level authentication platform, is aiming to expand its market reach with three new partnerships. Its new partners are Evolving Media Network, Shore Software, and Core Value Systems.
AnchorID’s platform is designed to leverage the security capabilities of common mobile devices to boost the authentication security built into its patent-pending system; those additional systems include geolocation, voice biometrics, and the Touch ID fingerprint scanning system on Apple mobile devices. And the company’s new partners seem to be happy to promote it. Core Value Systems, for example, finds the platform’s use of mobile devices highly appealing, and in a statement its CEO says the company’s “clients love products like AnchorID because of BYOD.” Meanwhile, a Shore Software Managing Partner asserted that “AnchorID’s software provides a simple, elegant and much more powerful authentication than other options in the marketplace, all done without a password; making the user experience much easier.”
The security risks associated with BYOD practices are becoming increasingly prominent, so the demand for this kind of security is growing. But as more companies enter the enterprise security market, the kinds of partner promotions AnchorID is now exploring could prove very important in establishing a market presence, and that is not lost on the company: AnchorID CEO says that “it’s vital we work with industry partners that can supply technical support and custom integrations of our software,” adding that they’re “a great addition to our new channel program and we look forward to working with them.”
