AU10TIX has announced the launch of the AU10TIX App, a mobile solution that provides customer-facing businesses with automated, in-person, and point of sale (POS) identity and age verification capabilities.
It enables companies to securely verify IDs in the field within 4-8 seconds, enhancing the customer experience and accelerating sales. AU10TIX says that app also incorporates biometric checks, advanced AI, and machine learning technology to eliminate the risk of identity fraud.
The app aims to address the challenges of manual ID examination, enhance access control processes, and provide advanced fraud detection capabilities for various industries such as casinos, sporting events, hospitality, healthcare, education, travel, and delivery.
Headquartered in Hod HaSharon, Israel, AU10TIX has had an eventful year. The company announced a new CEO – former Bank Leumi and Amdocs executive Dan Yerushalmi – in January, with AU10TIX Chairman Ron Atzmon highlighting his “experience and extensive knowledge in strategy, operations and sales”. And it went on to announce a rebranded product portfolio in June, with four key product lines: its Identity Verification Suite, Serial Fraud Monitor, the AU10TIX Platform, and Reusable Digital ID.
Atzmon co-founded AU10TIX with his brother Gil in 2002, when it was established as the technology arm of ICTS International. It has since become emblematic of Israel’s thriving technology scene, with the brothers reportedly having been in negotiations last year to sell their holdings at a price that would give AU10TIX a valuation of $1.1 to $1.2 billion.
