“ENACOMM’s Virtual Personal Assistant and Interactive Voice Response solutions are designed to let end users do their banking entirely through conversation with AI-driven systems, provided that they are properly authenticated.”
ENACOMM has teamed with another reseller partner for its financial services automation technology. United Solutions Company (USC), a Credit Union Services Organization with a roster of 70 credit union customers, will offer ENACOMM’s voice banking and smart IVR solutions to those clients.
In announcing the agreement, ENACOMM and USC framed it as a way to help ensure that credit unions can compete against banks on the technology front. ENACOMM’s Virtual Personal Assistant and Interactive Voice Response solutions are designed to let end users do their banking entirely through conversation with AI-driven systems, provided that they are properly authenticated.
“USC’s number one goal is to help our customers stay competitive and profitable amidst today’s technology race,” explained USC CEO Jim Giacobbe in a statement announcing the partnership. “Our customers will see immediate benefits from ENACOMM’s intelligent IVR technology, and with the continuing climb in adoption of voice assistants among consumers, conversational voice banking will soon play a key role in the customer service strategies of leading credit unions, as well.”
The news comes after ENACOMM announced multiple reseller and distribution deals over the course of 2018, with Alcor Consulting, VOX Network Solutions, and Telvoyant comprising its partners. And with a growing number of financial services firms looking to automate their call center systems, there may be more such partnerships to come.
