HID Global will be showcasing its wares at booth #1503 at this week’s GSX 2019 event in Chicago. The conference runs from September 10th to 12th at McCormick Place.
The offerings on display will include a range of identity and access management solutions, including the new iCLASS SE RB25F fingerprint reader and the Reader Manager access control management platform. HID Global will also be sharing the latest version of the FARGO Connect card issuance solution, which integrates HID’s SAFE Enterprise identity management tool.
The highlight, however, is likely to be HID Global’s Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, which is being demonstrated by the FiRa Consortium. HID Global is a founding member of the consortium, which is seeking to promote the adoption of the Fine Ranging IEEE 802.15.4 standard.
The full roster of vendors headed to GSX also includes CyberLink and Vuzix, both of which will be demoing biometric solutions. HID Global, meanwhile, recently announced that Adobe has added the IdenTrust digital certificate solution to the Approved Trust List for its platform, while HID’s M-Series biometric devices received a perfect score in a new round of Level One ISO anti-spoof testing.
