IDnow is consolidating its identity verification portfolio. All of the company’s verification, document signing, and analytic tools will now be available through the unified IDnow Platform for Identity Verification.
IDnow is hoping that the move will provide clients with a simpler and more accessible identity verification option. Those clients can now pick and choose their preferred identity features, and customize their workflow to offer a better experience to end users. They can also use the My IDnow portal to view performance analytics, and to adjust their own setup accordingly. IDnow is essentially trying to provide enterprises with a single, comprehensive solution that covers all of an organization’s identity needs, even as those needs evolve over time.
The IDnow Platform for Identity Verification can be used for customer onboarding, and comes with straightforward orchestration tools that allow organizations to integrate IDnow’s technology into their own setups more quickly. According to IDnow, the Platform can improve an organization’s conversion rates, and help them comply with the latest data privacy regulations.
“Customers can actively manage and shape their end users’ identification experiences and diligently monitor verification outcomes using My IDnow,” explained IDnow CPO Vikas Seth.
“We believe in a strategy that moves far beyond offering a single identity verification method. With our platform, we offer a future-proof solution that complies with different regulatory environments, covers a variety of use cases and anticipates customer needs.”
IDnow announced that it would be acquiring the biometric onboarding specialist ARIADNEXT last June. The company’s selfie-based onboarding services have been in particularly high demand in the UK, and it recently entered into a new channel partnership with Sphonic to target more potential clients within the country. IDnow itself is based in Germany, and hopes to corner its home market as the regulations shift to permit the use of selfie authentication.
