Jumio may need to free up some space in its trophy room: The company has won in three categories in the 14th annual Info Security Product Guide’s Global Excellence Awards.
In recognition of Jumio’s Netverify mobile biometric authentication solution, the company was awarded bronze in Fraud Prevention, silver in Enterprise Mobile Threat Defense, and gold in Identity Management. The awards themselves will be doled out on April 16th in San Francisco, at a gala ceremony and dinner.
In a statement acknowledging the awards, Jumio CEO Stephen Stuut said the company’s team is “proud to be recognized as an industry leader by Info Security Products Guide,” adding that Netverify is “highly celebrated as the best identity verification solution available “. It has indeed received a lot of industry recognition: In addition to the multiple awards Jumio won in 2017, this year alone it has been recognized in the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards, the Tech Trailblazers awards, and now Info Security PG’s Global Excellence Awards.
The company has also seen some remarkable business growth, as Stuut explained in a recent interview with FindBiometrics President Peter O’Neill. Ultimately, it’s down to Netverify, which is informed by Jumio’s prioritization of accuracy above all else in mobile authentication.
