Its Executive Committee now has two new members. All of the announced leadership changes have taken effect immediately.

In a statement announcing the changes, IDEMIA asserted that they are intended “to consolidate its market leadership and speed up operational integration.” IDEMIA is the product of a merger between Oberthur Technologies and Safran Identity & Security that was finalized in May of last year.
