“At the time of the merger’s completion, the companies had a combined annual revenue of €2.8 billion; thus not only investors but business analysts and others will be curious to see how the company has performed in the ensuing months.”
OT-Morpho will deliver its financial results for the first half of the year on October 6th, the company has announced.
The results are highly anticipated. OT-Morpho was established this March with the completion of a merger between two identity industry giants, Oberthur Technologies and Safran Identity and Security. At the time of the merger’s completion, the companies had a combined annual revenue of €2.8 billion; thus not only investors but business analysts and others will be curious to see how the company has performed in the ensuing months.
It has been a busy time for OT-Morpho, with recent activities including participation in a cross-border EU banking project, the launch of a biometric payment card and a mobile driver license system, and the opening of a Silicon Valley innovation center this week.
OT-Morpho’s fiscal results will be presented by CEO Didier Lamouche and COO Frédéric Beylier via a conference call at 7am EST on October 6th.–
