Sumsub will be looking to grow its client base now that it has been listed on the Salesforce AppExchange. The development will make Sumsub’s identity verification solution more readily available to organizations searching for an effective onboarding and fraud prevention option.
In that regard, Sumsub is best known for its comprehensive compliance toolkit, which comes with a slew of digital identity verification utilities. The platform includes Know Your Business and address verification services in addition to more standard document and liveness checks, as well as video identification capabilities. The solution uses facial recognition to match an individual to the image on a photo ID during the onboarding process.
Clients that adopt the platform can configure those different features to create an onboarding workflow that best meets the needs of their particular operation. Sumsub’s tech can be used to comply with various Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, while Sumsub itself suggested that the simple and streamlined process can help reduce costs and increase conversion rates for businesses engaging with the general public.
“We see this new offering as an opportunity to offer our global identity verification solution to an even wider audience of businesses around the world,” said Sumsub Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Peter Sever. “Sumsub is happy to help more companies create verification flows tailored to their business demands, onboard users and stay protected from fraudsters along the way.”
“Sumsub is a welcome addition to AppExchange, as they power digital transformation for customers by delivering robust identity verification,” added Salesforce AppExchange GM Woodson Martin. “AppExchange is constantly evolving to connect customers with the right apps and experts for their business needs.”
Sumsub’s solution is built using the broader Salesforce platform. The company previously provided onboarding technology for the financial services provider Spoko.app, while Onfido and Shufti Pro are some of the other remote identity verification specialists that have already been listed on the Salesforce AppExchange.
