VerifyMe’s Smartphone-based Package Tracker Can Read Invisible Ink

September 25, 2018

” Brand Owners will be able to track a products complete life cycle over the internet as well as track product diversion and counterfeiting hot spots with global maps and tracking systems we have incorporated into the product.” -Patrick White, CEO, VerifyMe

VerifyMe's Smartphone-based Package Tracker Can Read Invisible Ink

Package tracing specialist VerifyMe has announced a new mobile solution that approaches spy gadget territory. Called the VeriPAS Mobile Phone Authenticator, the system allows users to decipher packages’ invisible codes using their own smartphones.

The solution is designed to work with VerifyMe’s RainbowSecure print technology, which essentially uses invisible ink codes for package tracking. It’s compatible with 6000-series HP Indigo printing presses, and enables tracing via VerifyMe’s cloud-based VeriPAS software.

In a statement announcing the solution, VerifyMe CEO Patrick White called it “disruptive technology” that will allow brand owners to follow a product’s “complete life cycle over the internet as well as track product diversion and counterfeiting hot spots with global maps and tracking systems”. White added that the solution has been unveiled along with a handheld device called VeriPAS Quick-Check which is designed to immediately confirm a given product’s authenticity.

VerifyMe will showcase its new offerings at the LabelExpo Americas event this week, which runs from September 25th to 27th in Chicago.
