Cerence has set a date for the publication of its first quarter results: February 11, 2020. The results will be issued at 7:00 a.m. EST, 4:00 a.m. PST.
The corporate update will cover the first quarter of Cerence’s fiscal year, with Q1 having ended December 31, 2019. As such, it will cover the company’s first quarter since it officially spun off from its parent company, Nuance Communications, on October 1 of 2019.
Before branching off, Cerence was essentially the automotive division of Nuance, a specialist in Artificial Intelligence technologies with a strong focus on conversational AI assistants. Cerence’s first few months as an independent entity were marked by reaffirmations of automotive partnerships previously established by Nuance, as well as an upgrade to Cerence’s flagship voice assistant platform and the launch of a turnkey solution designed specifically for Chinese cars.
Cerence’s Q1 results will be issued along with a conference call and webcast presentation scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on February 11. Investors will be able to dial in, while the webcast will be available under the Investor Information section of Cerence’s website.
Additionally, Cerence has announced a special event for institutional investors and analysts slated for February 18. The event will take place at the Nasdaq market site in New York City’s Times Square, and seating will be limited. The company is now inviting interested parties to reach out to Rich Yerganian, its VP of Investor Relations.
