“Carousel Industries will offer its clients Enacomm’s Virtual Personal Assistant solution as well as the Enacomm Financial Suite, an automated interactive voice response system that also features biometric voice recognition.”
Another distribution partner should help to further extend the reach of Enacomm’s virtual assistant technology. The company has teamed up with Carousel Industries, an ICT consultancy that lays claim to a network of 6,000 customers, including 35 that are on the Fortune 100 list.
Carousel Industries will offer its clients Enacomm’s Virtual Personal Assistant solution as well as the Enacomm Financial Suite, an automated interactive voice response system that also features biometric voice recognition. Together, the solutions offer a sophisticated voice banking package, allowing end customers to securely conduct substantial banking business over the phone.
In a statement announcing the reseller agreement, the companies emphasized the solutions’ value proposition in terms of modernizing banking services. “Voice banking is a modern convenience for valued customers and members that differentiates banks and credit unions from competitors,” explained Enacomm CEO Michale Boukadakis; while Carousel Industries Chief Revenue Officer Jim Marsh said that Enacomm’s “next-generation technologies will be a valuable asset to our financial industry clients in their push toward transformation of the customer experience provided by banks and credit unions.”
News of the partnership comes after Enacomm’s announcement in October that ConnexiCore, a financial services consultant, would also offer the VPA and EFS solutions to its clients.
