Jumio is likely hoping to keep its phenomenal awards run going for another twelve months after being named a Silver Winner at the 2019 Golden Bridge Awards. The news comes a full year after Jumio took home two prizes in the 2018 iteration of the awards.
This year’s Silver comes in the Authentication category, and was handed out in recognition of the selfie-based Jumio Authentication platform, which debuted in February. Last year, the company’s Netverify solution netted a Gold and a Bronze award in the Access Compliance and Risk Management Innovations category and the Security Solution for Enterprise (Large) Innovations category, respectively.
The Golden Bridge winners were selected by a panel of more than 160 industry experts.
“Having just launched in Q1 2019, winning the Silver Golden Bridge award against seasoned solutions validates our efforts to ensure users are who they claim to be, saving enterprises from fraud-related loss while making the internet a safer place,” said Jumio President Robert Prigge.
The Golden Bridge adds to Jumio’s substantial 2019 awards haul, which already includes a pair of Stevies and multiple BIG awards. The IT World Award and the Fortress Cybersecurity Award are the most recent additions to the collection.
