Tomorrow, our sibling site FindBiometrics will host its first ever Identity Summit – a full-day, virtual industry conference. The event will bring together industry leaders, expert analysts, and the insights of FindBiometrics’ own editorial team as it moderates the discussion.
The day will feature a number of sessions, including expert panels, fireside chats, and in-depth presentations. Among the many highlights will be a keynote address from Maxine Most, the renowned Principal Analyst of Acuity Market Intelligence who most loudly proclaimed the mobile biometrics revolution at its beginning – and who has plenty of new insights to share on where the biometrics industry is now, and where it’s going.
Most will also participate in a panel discussion on one of the biggest trends in biometrics today – selfie onboarding, which has proven especially popular in the financial services sector. And she will be joined in that session by high-level executives with industry-leading biometrics vendors: IDmission CEO Ashim Banerjee and Jumio VP Reinhard Hochrieser.
Another highly regarded industry analyst, meanwhile, will take part in a panel discussion delving into authentication in the mobile channel. Frost & Sullivan Security Industry Analyst Danielle VanZandt will be joined by Nok Nok’s Chief Business Development Officer Walter Beisheim and FaceTec CEO Kevin Alan Tussy.
Tussy will also participate in a fireside chat with FindBiometrics Editor in Chief Peter Counter, with the two slated to dig into FaceTec’s groundbreaking biometric and anti-spoofing technology. Other fireside chats will feature discussions with industry leaders including Aerendir CEO Dr. Martin Zizi, Nok Nok VP of Products Rolf Lindemann, and Jumio Chief Product Officer Bala Kumar.
The day will also see presentations from high-profile biometrics vendors including Daon, FacePhi, and Aware, and will feature a special session on “Safe Dining with Smart PoS” featuring the Carl Mazzanti, President of eMazzanti Technologies, and Antwine Jackson, President of Enitech Solutions.
Registration for the inaugural FindBiometrics Industry Summit is still open, so be sure to sign up before the event gets underway at 11:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, June 23. Beyond the many insights on offer from industry leaders and expert analysts, there will also be prize giveaways throughout the day – yet another good reason attend this momentous event.
