Greenwave Systems has integrated Nuance Communications’ Nuance Mix developer platform and voice interaction AI technology into its AXON Platform.
Greenwave’s platform is designed to foster communication between various technologies such as WiFi and Bluetooth in order to help companies manage all of these services through a single system; and in a statement the company said its AXON Platform “already powers millions of advanced networks” and “is trusted by leading telecom, cable and utilities service providers”. Now, with Nuance Communications’ technology in tow, the platform will allow clients to offer voice interactivity with their devices and apps.
Explaining the rationale for the integration, Greenwave Systems COO Christos Lagomichos suggested that with voice interaction emerging as “the most natural and intuitive interface,” Nuance’s technology “helps us meet the demand from our global operators providing IoT to their customers.”
This integration of Nuance’s tech follows closely after another one recenly announced with ROOBO, a robotics company that is using the Nuance Mix NLU to bring voice interaction AI to its products.
