ENACOMM Targets Western US With New Regional VP of Financial Services

ENACOMM has brought on John Sullivan to serve as the company’s new Regional Vice President of Financial Services. As VP, Sullivan will be asked to market the ENACOMM Financial Suite to banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions throughout the Western United States, though he himself will be based in Southern California.

Sullivan arrives at ENACOMM after a stint as the Western US Channel Director for Unify Software and Solutions, where he helped drive revenue and boost the Alliance Partner program for the Atos subsidiary. His career spans more than two decades, and also includes prior stops with the Technology Integration Group and VOX Network Solutions, the latter of which became an ENACOMM distribution partner back in 2018.

The ENACOMM Financial Suite, meanwhile, includes a number of tools designed to prevent fraud and deliver a better customer experience. The company is best known for its conversational voice technology, which is able to understand customer requests in context and can verify the identities of users with secure voice biometrics.

“ENACOMM set itself apart with affordable technology that enables community financial institutions to achieve competitive parity, despite lacking big banks’ IT staff or budget,” added Sullivan. “I couldn’t be more excited to join ENACOMM and connect banks and credit unions with solutions that will upgrade their digital capabilities and strengthen their market position.”

Sullivan is ENACOMM’s second major addition to the executive suite after the company hired a new VP of Financial Sales last April. The company has also tried to boost sales through a series of distribution agreements with companies like United Solutions and BLM Technologies.
