Conversational AI pioneer Nuance Communications has announced that its Dragon Medical One cloud-based platform is now available in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Dragon Medical One uses intelligent voice technology to help physicians compile medical documentation up to 45 times faster and gives them the ability to capture up to 20 percent more data using personalized tools.
The expansion into the new markets means that now French and Dutch-speaking physicians will be able to join their English-speaking colleagues in using Nuance’s voice technology to capture their patient’s story at the point of care, and when integrated with the electronic health record (EHR), reduce the amount of administrative work required.
“With the addition of French and Dutch support we are building on the success of our Dragon Medical One cloud platform in English-speaking countries and continuing to meet the demand for AI-powered documentation solutions worldwide,” said Robert Dahdah, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Nuance. “No matter their location, physicians face the same pressures of administrative workloads, and have the same needs for tools that help them focus on providing the best possible care to their patients,” he added.
Dragon Medical One is already used by more than 500,000 clinicians in the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia.
